I paired with a designer to refresh Betterment’s App Store (and let us not forget Google Play) listing. We wanted to refocus our story on investing and inject some joy, which we achieved with brighter colors, handwritten annotations, and casual language. We were also able to find a solution for our myriad necessary disclosures in the listing itself, freeing up lots of space in the description to tell more of our story. (Also, I will take any opportunity to make things rhyme.) We also made Zoom backgrounds for the launch for employees to choose from based on their ~ mood ~
